Leading, Following, or Both: Discovering Your Greatness

Free Identity Self illustration and picture

We each need examples to show us the right way to handle things. Yet, is important to carefully decide what or who is the right example to follow. While each of us has strengths, we also have weaknesses. It is part of being human. Finding someone with outstanding strengths to emulate means being careful to not. also mimic things that should not be mirrored.

Develop the characteristics that you have determined to be significant and pertinent in someone you admire. Those traits that you find so admirable can be yours to exemplify. Remember that it takes time to change. Identify what needs to be altered, decide how to reasonably make positive changes, and celebrate who you are right now until you have become the person that you aspire to be.

What is great about you? Discover your own greatness. You never know who looks to you for their examples of leadership and tenacity. Continue to work on yourself without having demeaning thoughts. Allow yourself room to make mistakes that are reasonable and work on correcting the habits and hiccups that should not occur. I cannot fairly say that it is ok to make mistakes without pointing to the need to change the weaknesses that you have already discovered. Decrease them until they are no longer an issue. Embrace who you already are along the way.
